GETAFF.LINK is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool that allows users to submit proxies and affiliate links to retrieve the query parameters of the final destination URL. The Service is designed to help affiliate marketers and other users analyze their affiliate links.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User-Provided Content

Our service allows you to submit content, such as proxy information and affiliate links ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and the consequences of submitting it. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Submitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

GETAFF.LINK makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall GETAFF.LINK or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GETAFF.LINK's website, even if GETAFF.LINK or a GETAFF.LINK authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Google AdSense

To help maintain the resources needed to provide our free service, we may display advertisements from Google AdSense. By using our service, you agree to comply with the Google AdSense program policies. You agree not to engage in any activity that could be considered invalid click activity, such as clicking on your own ads or encouraging others to do so. We reserve the right to block your access to the Service if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
